A Magical Sound Bath in the Park

[Video] A magical autumn afternoon and a perfect time to enjoy a Sound Bath at Redwood Heights Park. The sound bath was a meditative sensory experience enjoyed by all that attended.

Our guest musician was percussionist Ward Spangler. Ward is an active musician and the Principal Percussionist for several area symphonies, including the Oakland East Bay Symphony. He developed his own Sound Bath in 2018 with beautiful gongs, tam-tams, wind chimes, and more.
