Music in the Park | The Orphans

The Orphans are based right here in Oakland. They are a trio of fine musicians. They will perform some old-time country music such as Hank Williams, Merle Haggard, and more. They also do a very groovy, danceable style of blues and old RnB. Sometimes they will throw in some early country Blues for fun. Jon Lawton on guitar and vocals, Joe Kyle on bass, and Scott Griffin on drums make for a fantastic musical journey called the Orphans.
