After a series of main breaks in the Jordan Road area late last year, East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) made some changes to the timeline and scope of pipeline work planned in Oakland. On December 10, 2020, it presented the preliminary plan to replace pipelines in the Redwood Heights neighborhood. This work will improve water service, reduce water loss, and pipeline breaks in the service area.
In this meeting, the EBMUD staff will review the Pipeline Rebuild program, provide an updated timeline, provide additional details on the scope of the work planned in Redwood Heights, and answer any questions you may have.
